TeCoa Garrett is a Chicago-based actor whose voice has been heard on many national and regional commercials, both TV and radio, most notably spots for Ford Windstar and Philadelphia Cream Cheese. She has also been called "the voice you love to hate," thanks to her literally hundreds of recordings for phone systems used nationwide.
